Provided that the product you have purchased has not been used, you can send it to our return address within 14 days from the date you receive your product together with all the accessories of the product and the invoice, together with the return&exchange form. 1. Please send an email to cy-info@ecco.com stating that you would like a refund, and then the related process will start.
2. The products also can be delivered to any ECCO Store in Cyprus to start the refund process.

Returns of products with missing accessories, destroyed, damaged due to usage, uninvoiced products are not accepted and will be sent back to you at your own shipping costs,
All products must be packaged in their original packaging,
Only products purchased via cy.ecco.com can be returned,
The invoice of the product must be placed in the package with the product,
The return fee will be credited to your account within 5 working days after the return of the products that are eligible according to the return conditions is approved. The reflection of this fee to your account may differ due to bank procedures.
